well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. PROS: A quadruple win: Great quality, value, size and sturdiness! Does NOT overwhelm shower space and was easy to assemble (Phillips screwdriver needed) without assistance. CON: The "tiny" screws provided to attach the back to the chair are much too shallow to give you confidence that the back is secure (see photos). I managed to find longer screws that gave me peace of mind that the back is securely in place. Overall, I am very pleased. Thank you, WayFair!. Lisa. Toledo, OH. Fri Aug 14 2026

This safety rail flip up handle toilet rails came in a very timely manner and was very securely packaged. The handle bars are sturdy and have a nice padding on them. The assembly is going to be a very huge challenge. It appears as if there will be drilling into the toilet itself. My fear is this could cause problems for the stool. If it does present a problem, I will not continue with the installation and will be returning the item.. Judy. Urbana, OH. Sun Oct 11 2026
