The types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real material is hand-cut and wrapped around each individual piece. My only concern is the fact that the top finial that actually screws down the lamp shade into place doesn't tighten up enough for the shade to feel fully secure. This Bonefish lamp is stunning. We were looking for "coastal floor lamps" & this piece kept popping up in the search results, we kept coming back to it. This unique Tiffany-style lamp has been handcrafted using methods first developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. The shade contains pieces of stained glass, each hand-cut and wrapped in fine copper foil.

This is a substantial floor lamp. Real "heft" especially in the base. When you have dogs, this is a real concern if you're worried about the lamp tipping over and crashing to the floor. I DID find that I needed to purchase some fairly narrow "bullet" shaped clear LED 60 watt bulbs cuz the round ones showed beneath the shade (ugly)!! With that change, I love the look now!. Anonymous.
