I spent a lot of time looking for a bench that would hold up to the weather (composite) and would rock. This is a glider but I really do like it better than a rocker. This set was very well built and is sturdy after assembly. The teal color we picked wasnt as bright as it looks in the pictures but we like it actually a little better so all is good. Be sure to pay attention of the two table legs that need to be in the middle so that the screw holes are there when you put the shelves on. Some of the pictures in the assembly didnt call attention to that. No matter just had to swap the for inside legs and reassemble it. Besides that all is good and you surely couldnt beat the price!. This patio bench is made of High-density polyethylene (HDPE),which resists cracking, breaking, and peeling. It has the beautiful touch of wood, but unlike wood or PS materials cracking in dry conditions or rotting in frequent moisture, this chair stays sturdy no matter the weather (hot, rain, or snow). The color is long-lasting and won't fade or dull. They look like new, even after a few years of use! The backrest of our bench is not totally straight, a slightly tilted angle provides good support for your back.
