I bought this desk a few years ago & am just now reviewing. Fun fact - I am typing this review from this exact desk. It's looking a bit warn these days, a few scratches in the surface & one banged up spot on the drawer where I have a habit of spinning my chair into. But for a simple home office, it works great. A lot of leg and/or storage space beneath the desk, one drawer & one cabinet built in, comes a part in two big pieces to move it, etc.. This is a good looking table but 4 stars because the top of the table is 2 pieces and the wood design doesn’t match (see pictures). The top 2 drawers do not have the side mount drawer slides instead they glide on metal side rails and they are slightly smaller than the space, you can move them left and right but they don’t come off the metal rail. I love this desk! I had been working on a small desk with no drawers for a few years and wanted an upgrade. This desk worked perfectly for my space and I love all the drawers. Also love the 2 outlets and USB ports right on top on the desk. Makes it easy to charge my stuff and plug in all my computer things. The assembly instructions were the best I have ever dealt with. Every piece was labeled and all the small screws, etc were in individually labeled bags. The instructions themselves were very good. I had no trouble putting it together myself (I am a 54 year old 5’ 3” woman). It did take me about 5 hours to assemble by myself. I probably should have split it up over 2 days, but nothing was hard. This is a nice cabinet. Very sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. I highly recommend 2 people to assemble. Be careful it can scratch. Very spacious which is exactly what I was looking for!! My only disappointment was that my bigger plates didn’t fit in the spaces behind the glass windows. I ended up putting food on those shelves. I didn’t like seeing that through the glass so I used black stock card behind the glass doors and that did the trick. I am considering changing the knobs to something more primitive.
