This modular sofa is awesome. It was super easy to open up. It came very compact and inflated almost right away. It does take a full day or so to completely fill in. So don't worry if it looks a bit lopsided at first. The box was a bit heavy so I'd suggest a team lift to place it where it will stay. The pieces are all separate so it's easy to change the lay out.
