The adjustable arms let you direct light exactly where you need it—perfect for reading corners, sofas, or open living rooms. A sturdy metal base anchors the design, while drum-style fabric shades diffuse light for a soft, ambient glow. The rotary switch allows for easy on/off control. Very elegant and looks great in my sofa sectional corner. I will be buying a stool to lift it about 15-18 inches. I was dreading the assembly and left it boxed a few weeks but it was very easy.. Jenny. Roseville, CA. Tue Sep 15 2026

The Expo torchiere can illuminate any room with even up lighting. A beautiful frosted glass shade diffuses bright ambient light. An Adesso patented 300-watt double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150-watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. The brushed steel finish is complemented with chrome accents on a chunky pole that gives the lamp a bold presence in a room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable LED bulbs (Do not use: 3-way bulbs or CFLs). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (the high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur. Bulbs are not included.

This is such a pretty and well made lamp. It came boxed up really well, and it is nice and heavy and sturdy. The quality is much better than I even expected. The clear glass is actually glass and not plexiglass and the shade is also really nice quality. It accommodates up to 150 watts (3 way bulb) so it would be great for mood lighting in a living room, which is where I will be using it. I am happy with this lamp and think it is well made. It only took about 5 min to assemble. I didn't like dealing with the styrofoam, but I guess that is how they keep it from breaking.. Tracey. Farmington Hills, MI. Mon Aug 03 2026

This floor lamp offers a slender frame with a small footprint that fits neatly beside a sofa or in a reading nook. A handy remote comes with this lamp, so it's easy to adjust the color temperature and brightness. There's also a foot switch for when your hands are full.

This is a nice lamp of good quality. It's perfect for what I needed - to light up a dark corner without taking up much space. The base is 9" and weighted for stability, and the shade is just 4" square, so it fits perfectly where I needed it. The remote control is nice and gives more options than I'll ever need. What I wish is that the remote could turn the lamp on and off; for that I must step on the floor control.. Sharon. Newnan, GA. Tue Sep 22 2026

Featuring a sleek black finish, a drum - shaped shade, and dual pull chains for easy lighting control, it adds a touch of timeless style to bedrooms, offices, nurseries, or reading corners. The sturdy base ensures stability, while the warm glow creates a cozy ambiance, blending functionality with sophisticated design.

The lamp is really attractive, it is the look I was hoping for. The shade has a nice black metal exterior and the interior is a brushed powdery gold which does not have that cheap gold look to it. The lamp has a study base and pole. The tubes on the pole have lengthy connections that screw easily together making the pole nice and solid on the heavy base. The only part I wish this lamp has is a little panel directly under the light bulb part so that the light bulbs were not visible when sitting down.. Candace. Medicine Hat, AB. Mon Jul 06 2026
