I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Soft upholstery, but not super comfy. It’s almost stiff when you lay on it, but it’ll probably be more comfy with a couch cover or blanket underneath. This section is also a lot smaller than I expected. I’m 5’1 I can lay down on the extended part of the couch, but if you’re taller than this then you might not fit. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. The only issue I had is that one of the wheels underneath tends to come loose when pulling the bed out. It seems like that part wasn’t assembled very well.
