Beautiful piece, went together easily and the product is a nice weight!. Lee. Fort Worth Texas. Tue Oct 13 2026

This piece was beautiful from a few feet away. The size is narrower than outlined (the width may have been measured at the widest area) but it fit fine in the space I needed it for. The wood is nice and the flap door worked smoothly. However, the staining job was terrible: there are drops and dotted patterns of darker stains throughout as if someone just dropped stains from the brush and sponge and the flap door was at least two shades lighter than the rest of the unit so you can see the difference from far away. When you look closely, the quality of the job is not stellar...some small details can be seen unfinished. Also, the top part (crown molding like area) is not covered with wood so the pieces of wooden blocks that were used to nail the whole piece together can be seen from the stairs above. I think they should have put a thin panel to cover the top because it is ugly and it makes the piece look cheap and unfinished. Other than that, it came assembled and I am quite pleased with the overall look. comes assembled, real wood in most areas, great storage area, mission style makes it look more modern top part is not covered (ugly part exposed), bad finish, bad staining job. Used as an entry way hall tree for storage and it fit great. It mostly matches an entertainment center also from Wayfair that is in the same area. Great looking and functional.. Amanda. Rosharon, TX. Sun Sep 13 2026

The Hall Tree Bench is simple, beautiful, and very functional. I didn’t buy it mainly to use as a bench; I bought it to have a convenient place for my bags, keys, and lunch bag, and it works perfectly for that. The shoe compartments are a little limited. They are fine for sandals or flatter shoes, but not really for heels because the space between each section is too small. I ended up using the second compartment for my tall lunch bag, which worked well, but you cannot fit much more in that area. The color matches what is shown on the website, and I’m planning to add a green plant later to bring in a little more color. I really love the look of it. One important thing to know: it comes in a BIG and HEAVY box. If you need room-of-choice delivery, I recommend arranging it directly with customer service instead of relying only on the website. I carried and assembled it by myself, but I definitely agree with the recommendation to have someone help you. Once I opened the box, the instruction guide, tools, and hardware were all included. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was actually very simple. The hardest part was cleaning up all the protective foam and cardboard used to keep the pieces safe during shipping. I actually enjoyed putting it together with some good music and a beer. Everything is possible! I love this Hall Tree Bench. It is practical, attractive, and works perfectly for what I needed. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.. Aliuscha. Hialeah, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026
