Total junk, total! 1. poor instructions even though it was fairly straightforward. 2. the so-called 'heavy duty' and 'free-standing' garment rack was for sure NOT free-standing---upon completion it wobbled all over like 8 inches in sway. I am sure IF I put it into a tight closet it might stand (the wall would stop the wobbling, but I still don't think, that is would hold maybe the weight of 5 pairs of shoes. total junk, don't purchase this item. I guess I got what I paid for---junk. 684 points capacity--I think closer to maybe IN a tight closed maybe.....68 pounds. Now I am stuck taking it to the town trash even more time and money wasted..
