Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. I don't recommend ordering this from Wayfair. We had to finally track down the freight company and see why it had been sitting in a town just 3 hours form us for over a week. They thought they were waiting for more cartons, when I contact wayfair I asked if they would let the freight company know that their were no more boxes and they told me know but I could. It took an additional 5 days after that to get it delivered. It was very frustrating with the lack of communication between Wayfair and the Freight company Of course we had our contractor and Plummer waiting on it also.
