The center support beam arrived broken so I reached out to Wayfair customer service and was told they would send a replacement. I never received an order number for the replacement, so I reached back out the next day and was told they had no documentation that anyone had told me that but they could now only offer a refund. Problem is, the easel was on sale and is no longer available at the price that I purchased it at. They initiated the refund anyways and told me my only option is to repurchase it at the higher price. Awful customer service all around.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 09 2026
