well it arrived practically overnight so that was a surprise. after unboxing, all the parts were neatly and sufficiently wrapped and marked and upon inspection of all the parts all the necessary holes were there and all the bolts and nuts allen wrench hex wrench etc. it was quite an easy assembly I think the hardest part I had was to keep my head wrapped around which was the front but if you pay attention its a no-brainer. they gave a couple extra rails in case one breaks and a few extra nuts and bolts, and one extra handle. its a sufficient size with four big drawers and four smaller drawers however this space saving dresser will hold a lot. I plan on giving it to my granddaughter for her third son and I know she was in the market for one. the article is quite stable on its own so no anti-tipping device is needed at this point. The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! I would recommend setting all of the pieces out and reading over the booklet before assembling, otherwise the quality is great.
