It emanates from the box more but does linger on the wood. The stability issue resolved one the legs were tightened appropriately. The table is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. The exact look we were going for. Love it is from reclaimed wood. We will be applying a satin sealer since the wood is not sealed. When wiping the wood down, the colors really popped! Absolutely beautiful statement piece! Gave 4 stars because the walnut finish is significantly darker in person than in the online photos. From most angles in my living room it looks nearly black but this works for me. Also, one of the four metal feet on the bottom of the table was screwed in at an angle and the table would not stand level. It was a simple enough fix- but for 335 I shouldn’t have to fix anything..
