These chairs serve their purpose beautifully and look great in our den. They aren't the most comfortable right out of the box due to being on the stiffer side, but I expect they'll soften up over time. The stripes don't line up perfectly between chairs, but with a lumbar pillow in each, it's barely noticeable. One chair arrived damaged, but Wayfair made the replacement process incredibly easy. Since we'd already tossed the original box, they simply sent a new chair along with its own box, so we could pack up the damaged one and send it back with no hassle. They even provided a shipping label and scheduled a FedEx pickup within a day or two. Chair is really lovely. It was not packed very well. On the bottom there is a zipper, inside there is a box with the legs.
