I've been looking for a simple, open chair for a long time on my sites. This one went on sale so I thought I would try it. The wood is matte finish and a good tone so that was a plus. The color is very neutral. Not white. Not beige. Oatmeal would be closest. Very well constructed with good instructions and hardware. The seat does look like it’s 6” thick, but important to note that its hollow underneath - the actual padding on the seat is no more than 1.5 to 2 inches. Not terribly comfortable, but it looks nice and fits our space just fine. It went together fairly easily by my husband who is quite handy - I would not have been able to do it myself as there were MANY parts to deal with. I've been looking for a simple, open chair for a long time on my sites. This one went on sale so I thought I would try it. The wood is matte finish and a good tone so that was a plus. The color is very neutral. Not white. Not beige. Oatmeal would be closest. Very well constructed with good instructions and hardware.
