This arrived very fast and well packaged. The chair is a light cream color ,not a really soft fabric but not scratchy at all. One thing I didnt realize is it sits really low the back is not high. It comes with a little matching ottoman lid comes off for storage. In the box there should have been bolts to screw the bottom piece to the chair. I have to call ask for the bolts ..
