I have always disliked the fussiness of most utensil sets with the two sizes of forks and two sizes of spoons. I understand why they come that way, but it also seems to come from the era of people picking out wedding china patterns - save it for grandma's house. So when I found this set with just one size of each, I was super happy. I will say that the spoons are probably a true teaspoon size, and I wish they were larger; they feel very undersized and out of scale with the fork and knife. This silverware is AMAZING. It feels and looks so luxurious to use. Nicest set I've ever owned. It has some weight to it, if that makes sense. Some heft. And it is beautiful on the table. It polishes up nicely and is clearly well-made. I feel like it will last for years. My cheaper utensils, specifically spoons have developed nicks and burrs. These are substantially made. I wish the packaging was nicer, because I was going to gift this set. The packaging is NOT gift worthy, to say the least. However, the product itself is 10 stars.
