I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. There is a curious, immovable 5 inch “screw” sticking out of the wall in the entry of my new place so I have been looking for something to just hang on it until I can figure a way to unscrew it - this mirror has just the right shape - the top of the “teardrop” has an opening that the mirror simply popped right onto. The screws that it comes with don’t have enough of a lip on them to feel secure so I did switch out for something slightly thicker and with a larger head, but the product is still fantastic..
