Very sturdy but the directions were not very clear. Just so you know you will have to have a drill to put in some screws. This easy assembly 2 step gray pool ladder is not really that easy to assemble the instructions are not 100 clear but its double. Its a good looking poolhot tub ladder very steady and very strong.
