Fantastic, exactly what I was searching for. These chairs were easy to assemble, the fabric has a nice soft feel. I was worried because a few reviews said they were shiny and they arent. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck. I bought one of these recliners about 3 years ago and loved it so much that I just bought another recently—like last week. I noticed that it was made even better than my first one. The foot lift is smother and pushing the foot rest down is also smother and easier. The seat itself is firmer and fuller and they have changed the design in such a way that you don’t need a “specialist” to come to your home to put it together. Chair was purchased as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day. There were issues with shipping. The item was showing as available until ordered then it showed as backordered and did not ship for a week. Despite my order saying the item was backordered, it was still showing up as in stock on Wayfair. There was no communication regarding the change in status or about shipping being delayed, which was frustrating. Regarding the chair, for a recliner this chair is on the smaller side, which works perfectly for us and our space. Overall it is very comfortable and the saddle color is beautiful. This is seriously the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. The color is beautiful, a rich caramel brown, the leather is so soft and smooth! I seldom enjoy a headrest because it never seems to be in the right place, but this one moves to fit exactly where I want it. The foot rest leans down a little in the front, exactly to fit a natural reclining position. This chair would suit any height person because most of it is completely adjustable.
