This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. The tent arrived in one box, it is heavy. It took about 5 minutes to pop the tent up. The mechanism to pop the tent is easy to use and can be done by one person. The release to collapse it is super easy. Can be stored in a bag it does not have wheels. The issue with the tent is that the sewing on the Velcro straps that attach the frame, when pulled tight show sunlight through them. So not sure if it will leak. To have window (in small net fabric) and able to close or open with zipper that is just practical feature to have and when you open you roll from the outside with attach on the top with and elastic loop.
