This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. This is far larger than I expected it to be. Not in a bad way... and I'm sure the description has the measurements to it and I overlooked it. The back just sits up really high, but it works. The teal of the mattress is a beautiful, deep, rich color. It is a heavy piece of furniture and takes several hours to put together. This Futon and Mattress is a classic hardwood frame with mission style arms. This unique and versatile queen size futon sofa easily converts to a bed. This multifunctional piece of furniture can find a home in just about any type of room.

Fairly straightforward assembly. Delivery was very quick and easy. Only problem is that the mattress is very top heavy, and much more of it goes up and down than on the seat. I love this little couch! I ordered this for my spare room. It is comfortable the fabric is soft and it was very easy to put together. The back lays completely flat to create a full size bed or you can pull out the drawer and it can make two small beds. Super Comfortable Great Value! I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this memory foam futon mattress is. It expanded quickly after unpacking and had very little odor. The memory foam provides great support while still being soft enough for a comfortable night’s sleep. Whether it’s being used as a couch or a bed, it keeps its shape well and doesn’t feel lumpy or saggy. My guests have even commented on how comfortable it is!
