This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall!
