We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. I purchased this to match one that I currently have that I bought locally 2 years ago, but could no longer find locally b/c it was discontinued. There were 3 color options in the store I purchased from. Just know that this will not match the color in photo. It is beautiful, but it is a solid, flat, dark brown and is not pictured. No marbling of color as the picture indicates and sadly the one I already had was closer to the one in the pic. If you’re not trying to match another chair, it’s absolutely beautiful and well-made, just know that the color is not as shown. (In pic with 2 chairs, it's the one on the right). Anonymous.
