Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). I’m a female over 70 and put them together by myself—a bit more than an hour per piece. The “green” color is more greengrayslate than a true green. Really love this chair. Wow! This chaise is really comfy and very high quality. The storage is really great, and the back zips right on to keep everything where you want it! The fabric is soft and feels like chenille.
