Purchased this for a family child care center. It's just the right size for both the younger and school age children that I serve. Sturdy and looks really nice. This was very easy to assemble. My husband put it together by himself. The material seems to be fairly durable and the roll up windows have screen netting. The door has double zippers. This also comes with a mister system that hooks along the top, center pole inside. It does not come with flooring. The flooring in the pictures we added.
