This product is superior in design and would have been a five star rating...except for the temperature handle. The handle is cheap plastic that snaps on and wobbles around due to a loose fitting design. I replaced the temperature handle with the RP62959SS which is metal and is secured with a screw for a nice tight fit. Shame on Delta for making such a poor design decision. The shower dripped from first installation. Delta sent a replacement cartridge and a different plumber installed that. All was good until I took a shower that evening and it started dripping worse than ever. I hope this can be fixed. I left a message for the plumber. We bought 2 of these to control shower heads that are on the opposite side of the shower and spray into the middle. I wanted them to match, so specifically bought these faucet controlled separate from the shower heads b/c the shower heads are different. The mechanism is different than I am used to (handle turns from 3'o'clock to about 10'o'clock) The further to the left, the hotter the water gets.
