Super comfy and I love the charcoal colored sides it’s a plus when you have kids pets. On the med side of firmness the middle of the mattress kinda has a small lump in it but I think we just need to break it in a little more. HOWEVER, upon receiving and opening the box, it does include both the drain and the handles. As the drain by itself costs $300, ik sure this will be helpful information to have for any future customers as well as the website that sells the product.
