I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. Great price, just the right size. We originally ordered one that had the wrong dimensions listed in the description. It didn’t fit. The customer service rep literally pulled up the manual online, saw where it was listed incorrectly and submitted a ticket to have it fixed for future orders.
