You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. However once the cabinets were installed I realized it was going to be wide front to back so I was on the search for a new one when I stumbled upon this beauty. Don’t let the 15” front to back fool you. This sink is incredibly roomy thanks to the generous length (33” side to side). I have since had a custom cutting board made for it.
