The rug is beautiful. Wayfair was very helpful but FedEx delivery not bad but not good. When you sign up for notifications from FedEx delivery , you may have to wait all day. I called to tell them where to put my orders but it's an automatic machine and delivery was left in front of my door where anyone could have grabbed it. When I came across this rug, it was out of stock, so I had to wait quite a while before it was available. It was definitely worth the wait. The rug size allows for the chairs to be moved away from the table while still resting on the rug. This saves my wood floor from unnecessary scratches. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Safavieh label on the 2 rugs I purchased. The description did not indicate the were manufactured by Safavieh. Unfortunately, while comparing it to the rug I am replacing, I learned it is 5 inches short on the 8 foot side (the label does say 8X10.) Also when it was rolled and sealed in plastic wrap, a major crease formed which is not coming out with just lying open. The greys much lighter and brighter with the black accent pattern. I am only giving it four stars as it is a thin rug that will need a pad and if not for the sale price, I would not have purchase at the very high retail price, which I think was too much for the quality of the rug, but I love the colors and it works well with my decor and should be easy to clean..
