I was pleasantly surprised to see a Safavieh label on the 2 rugs I purchased. The description did not indicate the were manufactured by Safavieh. Unfortunately, while comparing it to the rug I am replacing, I learned it is 5 inches short on the 8 foot side (the label does say 8X10.) Also when it was rolled and sealed in plastic wrap, a major crease formed which is not coming out with just lying open. The greys much lighter and brighter with the black accent pattern. I am only giving it four stars as it is a thin rug that will need a pad and if not for the sale price, I would not have purchase at the very high retail price, which I think was too much for the quality of the rug, but I love the colors and it works well with my decor and should be easy to clean..
