The rug is beautiful. Wayfair was very helpful but FedEx delivery not bad but not good. When you sign up for notifications from FedEx delivery , you may have to wait all day. I called to tell them where to put my orders but it's an automatic machine and delivery was left in front of my door where anyone could have grabbed it. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Safavieh label on the 2 rugs I purchased. The description did not indicate the were manufactured by Safavieh. Unfortunately, while comparing it to the rug I am replacing, I learned it is 5 inches short on the 8 foot side (the label does say 8X10.) Also when it was rolled and sealed in plastic wrap, a major crease formed which is not coming out with just lying open.
