The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. We are in love with this loveseat. Where can I begin this chair is the chair of all massage chairs. It was pretty easy to set up once you got it out of the huge box. Make sure your doors are wide enough to allow for its entry. The chair has its own bag! Genuine leather with a nice comfy feel. The recliner is full power and can be plugged or charged and will work on battery. The only things I’d call out is the bottom flap you have to pull hard on to fasten it close using Velcro. Also, I feel a little high in the chair maybe due to it being new and firm.
