We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. We got this to install at our beach cottage to help get rid of sand before going inside. At first glance this will work excellent for our needs. The handle assembly is heavy weight and feels durable. The water at the cottage is shut off for winter so we can’t have it installed until the spring, but as soon as it is I will update this review.
