[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! The automatic water dispenser fills your glass and stops on its own. Such a smart and well designed appliance. The storage is incredible. Four doors, adjustable shelves, humidity controlled drawers that keep food fresh so much longer and a freezer that pulls all the way out. Everything has its place and nothing feels cramped. Performance is tanding, everything s at the perfect temperature consistently. Cleaning is really easy, the shelves and drawers come out smoothly and the interior is really well designed.
