This is a great shower chair that reclines and has lifting arms for easier transfer from wheelchair or bed. You don't see those features much at this price range! It's pretty comfortable and very maneuverable through tight spaces like hallways and bathrooms. Pretty simple to assemble and would give it 5 stars but the instructions aren't very clear and there's a piece left over that I can't figure out where it goes. Seems to work fine without it but still a little concerning to not have all the parts installed that came with it. This has been a pretty big change from our regular toilet. The seat sits little higher which I find more comfortable getting up and down, and elongated shape gives good room. Heated seat is something I didnt think I needed, now on cold mornings I really appreciate it. The warm water wash has several adjustments, so it took few days playing with settings to find what feels right. Water pressure, nozzle position and temperature can all be changed. Dryer works decent too, although it does take some time if you want completely dry. Flush is quick and surprisingly strong, and the automatic lid and flush makes everything feel more hands free. I also like having remotes because controls are easier to reach that way. There is alot of functions at first so learning everything takes little patience, but after using it regularly it becomes pretty simple. Overall very comfortable bathroom upgrade.. Armin. My first one, came apart. Wayfair was great and replaced the chair. The second one see back came apart, but I still had parts from the defective chair to replace the back section of the newer chair.
