I called Wayfair customer service the next day and was offered a new one but I had to take the first one apart and ship it back. Uh uh! I shop at Wayfair first and almost exclusively because of their outstanding customer service. This wouldn't do. I sent a picture of the obviously gray piece and called back. True to its past performance Wayfair offered a complete refund and I will be sending the dresser to a charity. Nowhere else do you get this kind of service and satisfaction from a company. I have bought bedrooms, mattresses, hot tubs, kitchens, appliances, etc. from this company and every time I have been completely satisfied by the items and the customer service. And it’s gorgeous, the material is great, it took several hours to assemble it as I don’t have much experience on it. However i think for it’s price is definitely worthy.
