We really love our new pergola. Our Wayfair installer did a fantastic job. He said it was very easy to put together and made very efficiently with few parts. I put the side walls together and they were challenging. I highly recommend more than one person assembles and install sidewalls. We’ve been having consistent rain for the past few days and the gutter system works fantastic. We do not have any water coming through the roof when it’s closed. It took a few months to get up the desire to tackle this project. The instructions were pretty straight forward, mainly pictures without words. I'd say assembly was on the easier side. Instructions said it would take 4 to 6 people to assemble, I did it completely by myself with no issues. I think it took me about 10 total hours over 2 days to completely assemble. There were several parts that were not marked with the same letters as in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The "V" posts were actually "W" posts and a couple other issues like that. There was also one length of wood that was about 1" too long and I had to trim it off to assemble. a nice looking gazebo and I'd probably purchase it again.. William. Sat Sep 07 2024

Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. Installation is CONFUSING (lots of stupid little diagrams rather than words). Once you get past that, it works well and looks nice. As others have mentioned, the volume controls for each function do not do very much. You can barely tell the difference between fully turned on and fully turned down. My customer service person was very, very helpful and accommodating me on getting a refund and accepted the return. I was able to donate the return to Habitat For Humanity because of the item was delivered with one of the boxes busted open with missing pieces too big to return and there was no boxes for the return. We take care of our customers' feelings - the screws at the bottom of the columns are covered with protective covers to prevent rust, and the dome has an adjustable mode so you can choose open or closed. The powerful LED function continuously creates a warm atmosphere for you at night. In summer, you can enjoy the cool under it, hold parties, gather with your family, watch the sunrise and sunset, or watch the stars at night are all good choices.

The pergola is solid and looks great -- just like the photos. The most important thing when building it is to set up a strong and level foundation. The lights look great and you can adjust the color temperature to suit what you want. It held up without any issues during a 6-inch snowstorm already. I can hang off the side of it with my hands, and I weigh 185 pounds. The only problem is water leakage during rain and snow. Each of the pergola's top beams comes in two pieces, and water is supposed to run through those pieces to the legs when it rains. However, the only thing that Aokgarden supplies to seal each of those two pieces is VHB mounting tape and an aluminum trim piece. That's not really a great solution, and so when it rains I get leaks at all four beams -- and the joint in the middle. I think a solution to this will be adding epoxy to the joints, but I haven't tried that yet. There are also some rails along the underside of the crossbeams that probably are supposed to support curtains, although I can't find any accessories from Aokgarden designed for this purpose. Other than that, this pergola is great! I highly recommend this even with its issues, because it's the best deal in town for a pergola like this.. Anonymous. Sun Apr 21 2024

We love our 11’ x 11’ cedar wood gazebo with black steel roof. Our three-piece furniture set fits well and allows room for the square 28” x 28” propane gas fire pit we have ordered.
