This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years!
