We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. We chose this vent hood because we needed one that was ductless . This one was convertible which was a nice option. As far as delivery it comes very well covered in a protective barrier so that you don’t scratch it up during installation. It is very heavy so keep that in mind for install. A nice bonus that is comes with, you get a pack of towels, pot holders , and oven mitts which I thought was a really nice set of thoughtful extras that wasn’t even advertised. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
