This s a great bed! First of all it was delivered on time. Our Way Fair at Home contractor for assembly did not show up for our appointment so we decided to build it ourselves. It took a few hours to assemble, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It comes with all thee tools needed also. The bed is super cute, holds a memory foam mattress, has two wire drawers that roll smoothly and hold tons of clothing. The ambient lighting has a remote and is perfect for the shelving. The canopy bed is beautiful and was easy to assemble. The instructions included are accurate and easy to follow. I only knocked a star off because the top and bottom "F" pieces did not screw in on the left side of the bed because the screw holes didn't align properly. I even tried turning them around, flipping them upside down and swapping the places of the 2 bars, to no avail. But I just left the bars slotted into the brackets and I think it will be ok..they are just not secured with screws on that side of the bed.
