My 13 year old son put these two chairs together by himself in an hour and ten minutes. That included the time to open up the box. They were packaged perfectly so they we're not damaged. They look exactly like the picture and are comfortable. The cushion is kind of a creamy beige tweed which I love. The back is beautiful but there are a couple areas that need a little smoothing. I'll run a towel over them just to get a couple right pieces off. They would fit perfectly with modern farmhouse, modern or a transitional style. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience.
