This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. I'm having trouble giving this pan an actual review, because i haven't gotten a chance to use it for it's intended use. Right after I got it, the lid shattered (no fault of Henckels), and the company does not offer a replacement lid. I love the concept of the pan... I just can't use it until I find a comparable lid..
