There is smooth plastic pad or tip under the legs that protects the floor or rugs. Rough wood grain is smothered like a glass by applying quality sanding across the wood surface. The chair is polished with wood protection substances and painted white. Packed with furniture packaging special carton and covered with fine nylon to prevent dust penetration. 2 products are sent in one package as assembled. The chair is designed to be used in indoor spaces.
