The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. Cream purchased. It is definitely cream with a yellow undertone somewhat. The pictures don’t do it justice. It comes in a long box and headboard is folded. It’s tall - I’m 5’3 and it’s taller than me. The only issue is the mattress will sit on top and not inside of the bed. Not sure how that will work.
