This is pretty much as advertised, though I will mention it was smaller than I thought. I'm about 6 feet tall, and it comes to the bottom of my hip. This is especially good if you want to save a lot of space. It's small and portable, but I would not recommend it if you need a lot of storage space (just get the bigger option). If you're looking for versatility, this is the way to go. It's too small to be in the way, but if it ever were, you can easily wheel it somewhere out of the way. It isn't as aesthetically pleasing as the professional photos show, but not by a large margin. For what the price is, the quality looks great. The green is just a shade darker than I thought, but again this wasn't at all a dealbreaker. One should assume there will be some difference from photos to real life, and those differences are pretty minor. It isn't a very difficult assembly, but the instructions are sometimes a bit vague, and twice we put a piece upside down and had to take it apart to adjust. 50/50 our fault and the instructions not being as thorough as they could be. Even filled with dishes and other things, it rolls very easily and makes a nice piece for the kitchen that has utility but can also be wheeled away when I may need more space. The surface is small, good for some light cooking prep and eating, but not big enough for any major prepping all at once. Overall, I'm happy with the product, and I think if you're already looking for an island this size, this is probably the right choice for you.. Oz. New York City. Mon Oct 26 2026

This is a fabulous addition to an apartment— I’m relieved it has a fold-down bar tabletop, wheels, and additional power outlet for convenience! Makes space-saving a breeze. It was put together in about 2 hours, with the assistance of a screw gun. Just beware that the distressed look on the sides is much more pronounced than in the photos that’s the only reason for one star taken off. I had no idea that it was that distressed-looking, but since it provides so much convenience, I’ll keep it! Thanks Wayfair!. Kelley. Quincy, MA. Thu Sep 17 2026

This is a really nice island. I love the design of it and all the storage options. The top leaf extension is nice and I like how it opens and closes. My biggest complaint is the wheels. For something of this size the wheels are tiny and dont roll very well. Also I wish the wood was better quality. Overall im happy though. Wendy. Pepperell, MA. Sat Sep 19 2026
