The dimensions of the bed are inaccurate - the bed is 2" longer than stated in the specifications. We bought this bed to fit along a different wall and had to change our room plan. The frame leaves 2" of extra wiggle room for a standard twin mattress. We did not want to go through the effort of returning the item once it was assembled. The frame construction seems fine and it wasn't hard to assemble.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 15 2026

Amazing! I wanted to change-up the frame on our king-size bed to something more simple. Saw this and SO glad I chose it! The frame is strong metal, but it looks like wood. The bed is sturdy and easy to assemble, mostly. However, our slats are too wide. They do not set in place evenly on both sides. We are able to cut down, but how many people don’t have access to cute the materials.. Anonymous. Tue Apr 07 2026

Definitely for a kid. The headboard is thin but the top piece makes it seem bigger. Don’t like that the main side rails are two pieces - feel like that makes it less sturdy. But it was cheap so overall it’s what expected. I put it together by myself no problem.. Amee. Yorba Linda, CA. Fri Sep 11 2026

Ordered the light oak color and it was true to the photos. Very basic bed but seems sturdy for the price paid. It's not going to be a family heirloom by any means, but it is perfect for my needs in the guest room. Delivery was on time and it was easy enough to put together with an extra set of hands. I ended up cancelling the home assembly. Note: You will need something to cover your box-spring, or bedding that can be tucked down past it, because it will show through the space in the footboard, which is pretty unsightly.. Anonymous.
