In general, performance has been good, and we appreciate the layout and features. Our one issue (which recurred just yesterday) is an occasional refusal to make ice. No warning, no sign of trouble until one notices that the tray sounds emptying, and finally a notification in the app that we have an "Empty ice tray." Not helpful at that point. Only solution seems to be removing power for a brief period to totally reboot the fridge.
