This bed is a great piece of furniture. I love that it is solid wood. It matches my current bedroom furniture perfectly. While the instructions seemed simple enough to assemble, a couple of pieces did not fit together well and I had to order replacement parts. Once I received those it was fairly simple to assemble but I would suggest having a rubber mallet as some of the parts fit very tightly together. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions.
